Motivational Diabetes Conference Coming to Tucson

TCOYDlogoDo you or a loved one have diabetes?  No doubt it is a tricky disease in which there is a lot to learn.  Diabetes affects 26 million people in the U.S., and more than 500,000 in Arizona.  Taking Control of Your Diabetes (TCOYD), a non-profit organization, is offering a Diabetes Conference and Health Fair next month to educate people about the disease, and motivate them to improve their lifestyles!
