Layout 1 (Page 1)It has been reported by the Food Research and Action Center (FRAC) that approximately 68 percent of adults are overweight, with roughly 35 percent of those being obese.

An increase in more processed foods paired with individual behaviors that lie in excessive caloric intake and minimal amounts of physical activity, make effective weight management more difficult to control.

We’re not pointing any fingers and recognize that not all weight problem challenges are strictly in the hands of an individual. There are other factors to consider such as family history and other possible health issues.

This is why Tucson Medical Center offers resources such as the Weight Loss Surgery Options and Answers Seminar.  Weight loss surgery may be one of many beneficial steps to help someone manage their weight and help pave the way to a healthier lifestyle.

Come to our Weight Loss Surgery Options and Answers Seminar and get the answers to any of your questions. Learn how bariatric surgery can lower blood pressure, decrease risk of many cancers, enhance self-esteem and add years of healthy living.
